Dear Colleagues in Faith, For over 20 years, Health Ministries Network (HMN) has trained and supported more than 240 Faith Community Nurses, Health Ministers and Community Health Advocates. Today, we serve in over 40 faith communities and geographic communities in Skagit Whatcom, Island and San Juan Counties and beyond. We serve first with love, meeting people where they are at, and then with all the competencies and resources that we have to support health equity. This November 2022, we come to you with gratitude that you have helped make this possible, whether you have served at Ask a Nurse or in your faith community or geographic community, supported our work with a donation large or small or offered your continual encouragement, prayer and thoughtfulness around Health Ministries Network and our work. As we look to the future, we see with hopeful eyes through the lens of love. And we invite you to join us in this bright vision. Please pause to read our Annual Report 2022, not only to look back, but also to look ahead to 2023. We invite you to join us in 2023--to pray with us, walk with us and love with us by:
Sharing our Annual Report 2022 with your faith community and considering health ministry within your community.
Joining us as a Faith Community Nurse, Health Minister or Community Health Advocate by taking the Foundations Course 2023 online in January. Go to our website or inquire at director@healthministriesnetwork.net
Making a donation of any size to help us grow our roots deep and wide.
Praying with us that all beings may enjoy health, happiness, safety and freedom in mind, body and spirit--and that we all may be instruments of peace healing in this world.
