By documenting your service you help HMN garner support through grants and donations. This supports ministry and education for FCNs and HMs across our communities.

FCNs and HMs who serve within the HMN's 4-county region should report on all activity within the three-month period(s) for which you are submitting.

Please submit activity by noon on the third Friday of the month following each quarter (e.g. April 17 for the first quarter).

All FCNs and HMs who submit their hours by noon on the third Friday of the month following each quarter will be entered into a drawing for a $20 gift card to Woods Coffee.
