What is Hospice? |
|
Our primary purpose is to raise funds and friends for Whatcom Hospice. The goal of hospice care is to provide comfort for the dying and to preserve dignity at the end of life. Hospice services are for people who have a prognosis of six months or less to live. With pain relief and symptom control, hospice patients can live their final days to the fullest, surrounded by loved ones and the things they cherish.
